Where are they manufactured?

We're proud to be British and all our manufacturing is done here in the UK. We use specialised manufacturing processes and confidential materials to create bullet dies, flat dies, punch hammers, ball bearing hammers and associated accessories to at least meet, and in most cases exceed, standard manufacturer specifications. We utilise the highest quality passported and certified materials to ensure that our products meet exacting specifications at all times, and everything we do, from sourcing materials, to quality control and despatch follows a very strict protocol.

Quality

What is your order turnaround?

We hold a comprehensive range of stock of all our packaging dies, allowing us to support your order requirements at a moments notice. In most cases, orders can be despatched from our distribution centre the same day and will arrive with you the following day. We also have the facilities to hold customer owned strategic spares and offer this service for a number of the worlds largest fresh food manufacturers. In emergency cases and depending on your location, we can even deliver our packaging dies the very same day using private aircraft.

About

What machines do you cater for?

Our packaging dies are all designed and manufactured specifically to be used in punch machines from all the leading manufacturers. Unfortunately, due to trademark restrictions, we cannot list nor advertise the exact machines our bullet dies, flat dies, punch hammers and ball bearing hammers can be used with. However, please contact us with details of your specific punch machine and we will be happy to advise you. If we do not stock an item for you, we can offer a complete project management service including design and prototyping.
